Our wedding cake pricing starts at $3.00 per slice for whipped cream, buttercream and rolled fondant iced cakes. We offer a wide variety of cake sizes and shapes, including round, square, petal and hexagon. Feel free to be creative and mix and match shapes.
Cake toppers, fresh flowers, and other props and stands are available at an additional cost. We are always happy to assist you with design ideas that will suit your personality and be unique to your occasion, and feel free to bring in any ideas you may have. Wedding cake delivery and set up is free in the Tri-City area, otherwise it is determined by location.

Cake stands rent for $25. Susan's Cakes & Sweets will bring the stand and set-up the cake table, but the bride and groom are responsible for returning the stand and any other rented items within 3 days of the wedding date.
| What does the cake price include? |
The price guide pertains to a "basic" wedding cake design. Charges for cakes requiring extra labor or supplies, (including fresh flowers or rhinestones), will be discussed at your consultation. Popular cake samples will be provided at no charge at the time of your first consultation, this includes Red Velvet, Chocolate, Vanilla and Pink Champagne.
Susan's Cakes & Sweets does not require a deposit. We just ask for a date commitment in writing and payment is due in full two weeks prior to your wedding day.
We provide free delivery and set-up to the Tri-City area of Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley. Any location beyond that will be charged a delivery fee discussed during the consultation.
| Wedding Cake Ordering Lead Time |
Wedding cake orders require at least a one month lead time depending on design. But we recommend at least four months lead time, because available dates may become booked up. We can only do a limited number of cakes per weekend to ensure you get the quality cake you deserve for your special day! Please call us if you have any questions.

Prices will vary due to design, complexity and additional items, such as shape, fresh flowers, fruit, toppers, fondant or gum paste characters, etc. This includes different shaped tiers within your Wedding Cake. We have square, hexagon, and petal tiers to choose from if you are wanting something besides the traditional round style Wedding Cake.
